How this is measured
- Signal events are recorded append-only at the moment a verdict changes — never edited, never deleted.
- Outcomes are checked against Binance candles at 24h, 72h, 7-day, and 30-day deadlines.
- Win condition: the asset moved at least 2% in the predicted direction by the window deadline.
- A window publishes a win rate only after it has accumulated 20 resolved samples. Below that we show “building”.
- We aggregate every asset and every tier. No survivorship filter, no cherry-picked window.
